LimbiqB is a simple record for a small business. Keep clients and suppliers, book the work, send an A4 invoice, and see what is left this month. It is not the contacts app on your phone.

Who it is for
A record for the business, not a phone book
LimbiqB keeps its own list. It does not read or change the contacts already on your phone.
Clients
Name, phone, email, address, and notes. Appointments and invoices sit on the same person.
Suppliers
The businesses you pay, such as the power company. Link an expense to the supplier it belongs to.
The work in between
A booked time can become an invoice. A paid invoice counts as income. The books show what is left.
What it does
The whole job, in five tabs
Clients and suppliers
Filter the list, archive someone you no longer need, and open a phone number, email, or map from their page.
Calendar
Day, week, month, or a list of what is coming. Mark time booked, done, or cancelled, or block time with no client. From a finished appointment, start the invoice.
Invoices
An A4 PDF you can preview, print, or email. Lines come from income items, fixed or hourly, or you can enter a single amount. Mark it paid and it counts as income.
Income and expenses
This month or this year: income, expenses, and what is left. Power, rent, fuel, and the other usual types are built in. Add your own.
Your business on the invoice
Business name, address, phone, email, tax number, and how you want to be paid. Address and tax labels follow the country you choose.
iPhone and iPad
The same five areas on both: Contacts, Calendar, Invoice, Expenses, and Settings. On iPad the tabs sit along the top.
Your data
The records stay with you
LimbiqB has no account and no server for your business records.
- Clients, appointments, invoices, and books are stored on the device.
- On iPhone and iPad, sign in to iCloud to sync, or leave them on that device only. That iCloud is yours. We cannot open it.
- The Android app, when it is on Google Play, keeps the same kinds of records on the device. iCloud is Apple-only. There is no Google account sync.
If you delete the app, the copy on that device goes with it. An iCloud copy is removed in iCloud settings, not by us.

No account to create, and no payment on this website. If a store listing is not up yet, that button says so instead of linking nowhere.
iPhone and iPad need iOS 17 or iPadOS 17 or later. The Android app keeps records on the device. iCloud sync is only on Apple devices.
